Working with the Four Elements has been a very important part of my journey for several years now. The Elements helped me embody my spirit more and expand my understanding of the different gifts and aspects of our human experience.
We are part of the Earth and are made by the four elements. We can track their expressions in the many aspects of life and reality. The more we understand the Elements and see their qualities inside our being, the easier life can become. In my experience, they help us to develop a greater sense of acceptance and understanding towards ourselves and the world around us.
Working with the Four Elements has infinite layers of exploration. This course provides a solid foundation and understanding of their energies and qualities. It wishes to help you develop a tangible connection with the Spirits of the Elements and assist you in activating their gifts within your life.
The Intuitive Arts will enrich our experience and offer further tools for reconnection and exploration. The act of creation is an essential part of our divine spirit and true self embodied in physicality. By working with the Elements, we can restore balance in our creative expression and transform what no longer serves our path.
We will learn from the Spirit of Water how to flow through our emotions and access the healing qualities of our souls. The Spirit of Fire will help us ignite our inner fire and potential, adding strength to our willpower and actions. The Spirit of Earth will nurture our roots and soothe our physical bodies. While the Spirit of Air will support us in moving forward and release any blockages that might be stopping our way. (And much more!)
The Gifts
Over the years, I have offered this course many times, online and in person. Every time the work goes deeper, touching more layers and awakening further understanding.
I believe this to be a highly transformative course. Understanding the four elements can expand our life and perception of reality. It can help us to feel more at home on Earth and merge with the power of our spirits. Working shamanically will allow us to reclaim our relationship with the Spirit of the Elements and Mother Nature. The Intuitive Art process will mark our discoveries and enhance our experience and exploration. This creative approach is free from any restrictive dogmas. It invites us to remember that we are all creative beings able to create. The arts are merely a tool to explore our innate gifts and master our creative potential.
The Elements can help us balance our lives and see, with clarity, when we are going out of balance. They offer us a mirror through which we can witness our soul and potential. While working with them, we will find and activate new gifts or upgrade our qualities into the next layer of evolution and expansion.
Shamanic approach
In Shamanism, everything is considered "Spirit". And nature embodies one of its purest expressions. When we work with the natural world, within a shamanic field and perspective, our experience can expand and touch the multidimensional aspects of reality. In a few words, we work in a sacred space held by the spirit of creation and the natural world. We remember that everything is alive and nature has a spirit and a voice. We consciously connect with her gifts and recognise her as a teacher and guide. Through the practice of shamanic journeys, we expand our consciousness and the interconnection that we have with everything. We touch a space of wholeness and heart vibrations that can awaken our senses and widen our perception of reality as we know it.
What is Intuitive Art?
The intuitive art process invites us to make art from within our spirit. We all have the potential to create, and when we step away from any constricting formula within the creative processes, we can reclaim our freedom to express the creative aspects of our soul. Through the practice, we can explore our emotions, find guidance, receive vision and connect with higher sources.
The arts act as a portal of reconnection with our spirit and the spirit of everything. We can touch the space of oneness and unity we all seek to experience, merge with our soul, the spirits of nature, and much more. The process allows us to remember more of who we are, expanding our horizons as souls and human beings alike.
